Calories, 13 mos out - Am I eating enough or too much?
Hi guys,
I'm 13.5 months out. I've lost 277lbs. Down from 567 to 290. (So Happy!)
I'm burning anywhere from 1500-2000 cals a day through cardio and strength training.
My calories are averaging 1500/day with 100-130 g of protein.
My nut is on vacation, so I thought I'd ask you guys - Am I eating enough?

I think that is OK...Depending on how much exercise you do. One thing I would say is just stay away from simple carbs till you are near goal. Simple carbs stop the weighloss in it's tracks. You may want to ask on the Exercise and Fitness Forum. They get that question asked all the time...They are in the know.

Based on your numbers you should be at a net loss of about 3000-3500 calories a day, You are droppiing close to a pound a day. at 290 you would need 2900 just to maintain and your burning 1500-2000 and you still are malabsorbtive. No advice to offer just sounds like you are highly motivated and doing well if just looking at the losses. I would be curious to know what your nut say for my own purposes please post when you get expert input,.
