Sunday Morning Weigh In - 25+ Years In The Making...
My Stats:
High weight: 296
Weight at initial consult 1-19-2012: 269
Last week: 240
This week: 231
Total weight lost: 38
Well, I am ending the first week of my pre-surgery diet and the loss of 9 sure shows it. A week from tomorrow I am on the table. Things at home have leveled off emotionally and I have found the zone I need to be in to make this happen. My step-daughter has been holding her own and my 18 year old is back on track somewhat so life is better than it has been for the last month or so.
Keep up all your good work you bunch of losers!

Big congrats to Michael on getting under 300 lbs!! What a major milestone and achievement. Your picture from the race is amazing and you’re sure looking great.
Now for my stats:
Highest Weight: 310 lbs
Surgery Weight: 300 lbs (on 08 Oct 10)
Goal Weight: 190 lbs
Last Weigh-In: 183 lbs (on 18 Mar 12)
Current Weight: 185 lbs (on 15 Apr 12)
Total Loss: 125 lbs (from highest weight)
Total Post-Surgery Loss: 115 lbs
Last Weigh-In Difference: +2 lbs
I didn’t realize it has been almost a month since I did the Sunday weigh-in. I continue to stay within my 5 lbs maintenance range. I’m very busy at work and supporting 2 projects which keeps me on the road quite a bit. But, at least the weight is remaining somewhat stable.
I can sure identify with Ken’s post today. I’m in a mental funk and really need to get a new hobby or activity to stimulate me. I’ve really cut back on my exercise routine and think that would be a great place. Might even clean up the bike and start doing that again since the weather is getting better.
OMG....2 Major FARTS in one day....1st reaching the 200's on the scale. Just simply awe inspiring for a guy who was at one point over 500. Seriously, I am just so HAPPY for you!!! Then to complete your 1st 5K again is amazing!!! So happy for you and you must be so proud of yourself, you keep inspiring us all brother...
Best,
Bill
The Numbers:
346: All time high 7/1/10 - BMI = 52
346: Tufts Medical Center Program Start 7/1/10
197: Last Week 4/1/12
196: This Week 4/15/2 --> 3 Pound Loss this week - BMI = 29.95
150: Total Weight Loss
Good numbers this week. I will attribute it to focusing on the Big 3 of drinking 64oz Water a day, Mindful Eating; and exercise. Speaking of exercise, I have completed the c25K running progam and now am running on my own schedule. This week I did 5 mile runs on Monday, Wednesday, Friday and today. 20 Miles of running in one week was not even a THOUGHT when I was at 350, very psyched as I also am going to run my first 5K next Sunday.
Hope you have a great week!!
Best,
Bill
