I haven't checked in a while, been very busy. the wife and I bought our first house and did the move in early March. Work has been hectic and to top it all off the wife had to have her appendix removed last week. Through it all I have been steadily keeping to my routine. I have been losing about a pound or 2 a week steadily for the last few months. I am now just over 6 months out from surgery and feeling really good.I also will be shooting a commercial this week for my weightloss program which I am really excited about. I will certainly post the commercial when it is completed for all to see.

Happy Easter and Happy Passover my friends!!!!

What an awesome week it has been.  Have been upping my game at the gym.  Been riding the bike more often and really enjoying the weather outside in Houston this week.  (Have to enjoy it while I can before it gets too hot!)

I am 2 lbs away from my next mini-goal of being below 250.  I am SO friggin happy about how my life is going these days.  I still have 50 lbs to go, but I am happy where I am already.  So, it makes life much more enjoyable knowing that even if I don't make goal, or if it takes a long time, I am already happy where I am now.  (Not that I am not going to do everything I can to get to 200...)

Tomorrow I have my cleaning at the dentist.  I can't wait to see her.  (I have a really awesome dentist who is very much into patient care and even calls me after a having a tooth pulled or anything like that and makes sure you are ok.  Even gave me her cellphone number in case I ever need anything)  Since she hasn't seen me in 4 months, it is going to be a surprise for her to see the new me.  

Well, here is to another week!

You'll notice that she has gotten a new chair.  It will be bigger than the last time you were there.
