First follow up

 3 weeks out .  I did not get weighed day of surgery but did get weighed in  at last preop apt 10 days out.  Im down 33 pounds.  Eating is a slow but easy process.  Turkey chili has become an easy meal and lots of fish.  Eating vitamens and caltrate with vitD.  Blood pressure is dropping more so that will be adjusted this week lowering doses.  Blood sugars still a little high 140-180 but not doing anything for that yet.,  Eating vegatables and protein only and one protein shake a day gets me over 60 grams.  Rarely hungry,  I have however realized what happens when I dont pay attention to bite size. I have gotten sick once.  Need to exercise more just walking right now and get tired but thats improving.  Sleep is still inconsistent but I nap when I need too an hour usually does it.  Upping my exercise should get me below 300 in just over a month. Have 30 to go,  I have not been there since my kids were born so 17 years.  Thats all thats going on in my world.
