What do you do to keep you bm regular and what is regular everyday every other day

This was a major issue for me and a cause of great discomfort. But, I seem to have found my solution. I take 3 colace pills each day and one dose of miralax each evening. I've been regular, daily bm's without fail. I use generics of both the colace and miralax, but even as a generic the miralax is relatively expensive. However, regularity is a good value regardless of the price!

 When I am Mainly protein and high protein at that I consider every 3rd day regular, even though it is like giving birth.

When I am eating a more normal diet I make sure to eat fruits and veggies daily.  Apples, Pears and Berries are my fruits and Veggie is Broccolli or Cauliflower that is cooked to hell and back or it gets stuck.  I also add a Fiber 1 brownie or 2 daily and this seems to get the part moving.

Also you fluid intake will play a role in your BMs.

Never a problem here.  Maybe it's just because I'm just full of it!  Little dietary fat helps keep things moving too.

Never, and I mean NEVER, trust a fart!!
