Updating my profile

I added information to my profile and included some pre-op pics.  I am really enjoying this site and the great information found here.  Thanks all for the help so far.

I gotta say brother I am so happy you have your surgery coming up soon. The liquid diet part sucks but it's manageable. As I looked at your pics on 4-wheelers and being active, BUT still being way to big, I'm going "that's me!!". I can speak from experience you may still be doing those things but you are messing up your body in so many ways. I've been messing up my body over the last 15 years and have really paid the price the last 5 which has brought me to where I am now...........hopefully heading down a much healthier path. You may not have many ortho type things going on but believe me they were lurking down the road. I am so glad you are doing this now and not waiting until things get a lot worse.

Lot's of great guys on here so make sure you ask any questions.

Thank you for the reply, I know this is the best choice for myself and for my family.  My buddy and I started our journeys together about seven years ago.  He was able to get approved right away and has done great, a true success story.  I have been battling for the past seven years and now am approved!!  Good things to come.

My buddy teaching his Grizzly new tricks post surgery...if only we can teach it to stay on all four wheels. :)
