I've pissed off the pouch gods

I'm not sure why or how, but it seems that I have really angered the pouch gods and am being punished today. And, it's not pretty.

It's been one of those days where anything I put in my mouth seems to sit wrong in my pouch. I have these days from time to time, and I know it will pass, but damn I get tired of the bouts of stomach pain, throwing up and farting after a while. And worse yet, it's not because I'm eating something new or too much of something. When it happens, it's always at times when I am on a normal eating and menu routine (the latest round was after yogurt, blackberries and granola, a combo I eat at least 4 or 5 meals a week). I've come to expect this from time to time, but still......

Sorry to hear your having a tough day w/ the pouch. Especially in the fact that you had not eating anything out of the norm to cause it!!

Like the old saying goes though...This too shall pass!!
