Can you share some of your top "FART" moments...
Goofy is banging the really dumb (goofy) chic at his gym .
Actually goofy is a race or more accurately combination of races that takes place every year at Disney World.
One week in Jan every year they have a race weekend at Disney World
Friday is a 5K
Saturday is a Half Marathon
Sunday is the Full Marathon
You can sign up for the Goofy Challenge which is run the Half Saturday and The Full on Sunday.

In the last three weekends I have fly fished the Colorado river in the marble canyon, rode most of the uber scary roller coasters in Magic mountain (X2 is the **** man), walked miles in Disneyland and Hollywood, and did 20 hours of yard work in two days.
As far as unexpected Farts, My wife put two of my shirts in my son's closet (he's in Army shape), I noticed that the restaurant hostess doesn't automatically assume we want a table over a booth, and I got in the car and drove without resetting my wife's seat. That rocked!
None of this was possible 6 months ago
I have such amazing hopes for the future.

Ok people who know me can probably fill in or guess most of these and they are not in order.
1) Birth of my Daughter 7 months ago (ok nothing to do with weight but man have I been able to have fun not being fat)
2) Finish my first 5K (46.5 minutes)
3) Finish same 5k 1 year later in under 29 minutes
4) Run Peachtree Road Race (Worlds Largest 10K_
5) RUN 2 Half marathons in 2 months ok the first was a Fart in itself the second made it a methane explosion.
6) Completed my first TRI
7) Registered for Half Ironman
9) Shop for regular clothes in regular stores
10) Out run my kids faster and longer!
11) Hit 34mph on my bike on a downhill in a race!

FART moments LOL, I love it!
I not unaccustomed to that term in more ways than one. When I was a Deputy, retired after 20 years, we used to use the FART term for groups of Deputies at the Local State Fair... FART... FAST ACTION RESPONSE TEAMS... Our Sergeant was keen on the term... we always had a good laugh about it!
But this FART term... I am looking forward to FART moments after my surgery... I hope to have many FARTS! LOL

I share many of the same FARTs as others:
1. Fitting in an airline seat and NOT needing an extension.
2. Wearing 34" pants (instead of my normal 48").
3. The cars no longer "lean" on my side and the shocks seem to wear evenly now.
4. Climbing stairs without getting winded.
5. Feeling my feet again (neuopathy is now gone).
6. No longer needing a CPAP.
