Awesome news Mike!!  You need to grab a couple sacks of cement and carry them around to remember just what an extra 200 lbs feels like!!

Well, as for me, I guess I need a swift kick in the butt from you guys. I am not working out as hard as I should be and my results these last three weeks are showing it.  I'm not a whiner, but this sucks!!! I remember this mental mind screw from the past and I really hate it.

I gotta turn it around this week.

No thanks... I can't even imagine that I was capable of walking around with that 200 pounds on me.  It really was not living at all at that weight.  It was literally just existing.  What a difference..

Oh yeah, Consider Your Butt Kicked!!  Maybe try to shake something up a few days and do an exercise that you've never done...  Good Luck!

At least you did not slide backwards, only a little flat spot. How about relearning what a portion contains as far as calories, fat and protein? My latest stall was partly due to the large amounts of peanut butter I was sneaking in, I had to take out the measuring spoons and relearn my portions...  Oh and: Here is one butt kick ~~~~~~>>>

323.x  9/21/11 Surgery Day

229.6  Last Week
228.2  This morning

-1.4 pounds for the week, I am good with that!!  I am one of those "weigh daily" types so I see it go up and down all week.

Hit the gym this morning and walked on the "fat burning" cycle on treadmill for about 50 minutes (or 1.5 episodes of How I met your Mother...love the Xoom/Netflix...!)

I see the surgeon on Thursday for my 6 month followup!!  I am about 5 pounds from hitting 100lbs since surgery, that would have been "neat" number but I am feeling pretty good.  (As I reach for my Iron and B12...got labs this week, need to get better about taking them!)
