Sunday Morning Weigh In - Daylight Savings Time Edition
355 8/1/11 Start of program
323.x 9/21/11 RNY surgery day
232.4 3/5/12 Last Week
229.6 3/12/12 This morning!!
-2.8 pounds for this week!! After a flat week a couple weeks back, hitting my protein goals and see the scale move in the direction I want!!
I am one of those that measure "every day" and the scale was all over the place, yesterday was 232.8! But with knowledge comes power and my body retains the water as it breaks down the fat so a gain is followed within a few days by a good loss!
Rode the Harley about 120 miles yesterday...and we managed to hit the gym a couple times last week, headed there after work again today!!

Surgery weight 11/3/11: 386
last weigh - in: 331
This week - 331

no loss this week, but major league FART
My oldest is going into basic training for the army in 3 weeks and we took a last Guy's trip to fish Lee's Ferry on the Colorado river.
Big league laughs and a little howling at the moon.
We figure between 175 and 200 trout between the 4 of us and many in the 18 inch range.
LOTS of walking in mid thigh water against the current. (miles)
There was no way I could have done this a year ago!
let me see if I can post a pic.:
Man am I grateful for another lease on life.
I never thought I would return to the Ferry.
Keep up the good work you losers!

Hi Guys, been away for awhile...need to start posting again every week.....with that said..next Sunday I am off to the Cayman's for a business trip. There is a scheduled event day which is snorkeling. Feels like not too long ago that would have been a disaster.....me up thinking about it....stressing over my size and all that......with the weight loss I have had to date, I am not concerned....other than to make sure my swim trunks fit me.....too big and the Cayman's will never be the same.....
Did get to see my PCP a couple of weeks ago and she was very happy about my progress to date....I am officially off my high blood pressure meds...even though I had stopped them myself...its didn't feel official until she wrote it in my records.
For those of you that have suffered a recent loss...I am thinking of you and your families.....
I hope evryone has a great week....
