Nervous
Davo, You will be OK...It's a great feeling to be losing weight and I bet you will be happy about it. Life is just starting for you. Yes it's a total lifestyle change...Just do what the Dr tells you to do and you will be fine.
After about a year you can start eating the foods you like in moderation. I was told that for special occasions you can splurge a little...just don't keep eating that way...one time will never hurt you
Don't worry

A good case of nerves is normal. Focus on your goal of a healthier more active life. It's not all going to be roses, but in the long run, it's truly worth it. Life gets back to normal, a new better normal, but normal. It may take you a while, probably a couple of months, but be strong and enjoy the new you.

You are supposed to be nervous. If you weren't I would fear you weren't taking it seriously. If you are nervous that you will not succeed, then you (in my opinion) are serious about success and will do what it takes.
Get ready for the ride of your life. I was telling my wife just yesterday, that if I were to not lose another pound, I would be happy and view this surgery as a success. That being said, I still have 59lbs to my personal goal. My life has already changed so much for the better.
Best of luck and I'll be praying for you on Monday!!!
