we,ll last week went to the drs to see about wls was leaning towards sleeve but my doctor is in favor of by pass so today my wife is making my appointments to start down the road to the losers bench just hope i can pass all the tests and give em the weight they want Lord noos i need this tool and life style change thank you all for the information you provid daily it all helps thanks dan

there's plenty of room for a new face.

The pre-op seems to drag on forever and then is gone in a flash. (some kind of surgical wrinkle in time thing)
Its tempting to go for the one last great food orgy, but try to live your life now like you already have the surgery. Eat the way post-ops eat, and get what ever kind of exercise you tolerate.       
When you're seeing the weight fly off you'll be glad you didn't gain a few extra while waiting for the insurance machine to churn you thru.

Thanks doc  i,m tryin  started yesterday with replacing breakfast with protein drink ! any and all suggestions greatly apperciatted
