Pain in the gas

At the end of my second week after surgery I am having extreme and I mean down rIght painful gas pains. And I was wondering if any of you guys had this problem and if so any ideas how to get ride of it I'm up for any option

We've probably all had the problem. The only thing I found was walking and, well, you know..l the GasX strips didn't do much for me, although admittedly I used only two at a time and the max dose is 4, I think. As they used to tell the young athletes, walk it off.

I had the same problem, but only for the first 3 days.  After that I was golden.  However, the first three days were BRUTAL!  I tried the gas strips, I tried the gas chewables, and the only thing that did anything for me was walking.  I probably logged an actual mile in the hospital and just after.  I was determined to wal****il the legs hurt worse than the gas.  

It worked.  Just keep moving.  It'll go away!
