Hello All,

Been a few weeks, but here are the stats:

Highest:  346
Surgery (12/27/10):  326
Last Weigh In: 199
Today:  201
Difference:  +2

Little bummed about uptick in weight. Still, not too bad as I only have gotten to work out 2 X in last week and had too much daily calorie intake from being on vacation. Honestly, I love to have vacation, but it TOTALLY screws up my schedule and thus a monkey wrench in to my normally consistent food intake.

Still, today is a new week. Did better today with eating and spent 8 hours overseeing girls softball tryouts and draft. Looking forward to a great week!!

Yours in Weight Loss,

 Hey Bill,
I hear you with it being a tough vacation week.  I've had two of those with the flu and then a back ache.  I set the alarm for 5:30 this morning, got up and run my 3.5 miles.  Let's make this the week to get back on track!  Softball season is coming fast!!  Good luck with your workouts and mindful eating this week!
Have a Good One!

355 on 8/1/11 Start of the program

323.x on 9/21/11 - Surgery Day (RNY)

236.0 on 2/21/12

236.6 on 2/27/12

So my weight was up and down all week, as high as 237.2... went to my meeting and I am betting I am NOT eating enough protein based on the feedback there.

So this morning, I am starting my shakes again on a regular basis, 30g of unflavored protein, Crystal Light Orange Sunrise and a Celebrate vitatmins orange mix that has 1/2 the daily vitamins and calcium!

I did not like the vitamin/calcium just mixed by itself in water, but mixed up in my "shake" (which is still water) it really is not too bad!!

So I am getting my fluid (20 oz of water), 30g of protein and vitamins/calcium all in one shake.  Efficiency!

Goal this week is to get back to the gym, hit my protein goal every day and see what shakes out or falls off!!  :)
