Sunday Morning Weigh In
I'm still a fat-guy, waiting for surgery in the summer, so I understand all to well about tight tables, steering wheels and trying to work under a sink cabinet.
Funny story, while working under my cars dash board, up-side down, feet up over the seat, I got stuck with my hand under the dash and unable to get free for over 15 minutes, now that's a bad fart day.
You guy's have a great healthy week, God bless.

Ahh the life of a plumber and being the "butt" of jokes!! Good stuff indeed Mike.
I had one of the biggest farts yet this weekend. We left on Thursday to ride snowmobiles to a lodge that is over 50 miles of riding. In the past I was always a bit nervous to go back that far, due to my health. Let me tell you, I felt awesome!! Over the 3 days, I rode 180 miles of trails and lots of backwoods powder. I'm not sore and never got tired out one bit!! My 14 and 11 year old couldn't even keep up.
I'm 27 lbs from goal now and am exited to get there, albeit, a bit nervous that I could blow it. I still need to watch out for those weak moments an not start up any old habits.
Take care guys,
Bill
First, Mike that was a great FART. I look forward to many myself.
Today is my one month surgiversary... and I feel like I am getting in the groove of things. I have a lung condition that does not allow me to walk hardly at all, but you would be surprised what you can do on a couch. ( no pun intended )
Well I am down 5.5 lbs and feeling pretty darn good. I even treated myself to a massage this week.
Thanks again guys for all your continued support. I read this forum every day. Have a good week.

It’s been over a month since my last Sunday weigh-in. But, I’ve been slammed with work and family priorities. However, I’m very grateful that this high-stress period hasn’t derailed my weight loss success. I still weigh myself daily and am elated that I’m remaining within my 5 lbs goal range.
I’ve spent the past couple of weekends helping my sister and her family move. I can believe the energy and mobility I’ve gained since losing the weight. There’s no way I could have been moving those boxes and furniture at my previous weight.
