Down 1.5 this week, too much valentines candy.  I did manage to walk 5 days this week and had a treadmill delivered Fri PM so no excuse for watching tv without walking now.  Had my 6 week post op check with surgeon this week and he was happy.  Exercise physiologist released me to do weight training now.

Hope you all have a good week,
Roger

Highest: 407 lb
Surgery: 5/17/10
Last week: 181.2 lb
This week: 182.6 lb
Fluctuation this week: +1.4 lb
Total loss: 224.4 lb

I missed last week's weigh in as I took a few days office to meet up with family in Orlando for 5 days. In some ways it was a good reminder of how I need to work to stay on routine in order to avoid food issues. I generally do well especially on normal weekday schedules and that allows me some freedom on the weekends. But, when I am not eating on schedule, I tend to get overly hungry and then over eat at meals. I need to eat small portions about every 3 hours to stay happily on schedule and that is difficult when trying to stay in synch with a group of people.

That said, I did pretty well, coming back 2 pounds less than where I started. Then overt the next couple of days actually lost 3 -4 lbs to my lowest weight ever. Then over the next two days added 5 pounds back. Long story short, daily swings happen! And, I am still within my comfort zone weight. So, it's all good.

Hopefully getting out for a bike ride today and a bit of walking (although unfortunately for grocery shopping). Life goes on, huh?

Have a great week, guys.

Two and half pound up tick!  Not going to knock it though since still hanging below 170 and I know what caused it.  It is life post-op.  Valentines Day and we did family birthday yesterday.  Will confess to having had a piece of cake with a sliver of "no sugar added" ice cream.  Carb coma put me in nap mode.  Back on track today with a walk before I have to go to work this afternoon.

Never, and I mean NEVER, trust a fart!!

Not a massive loss this week, but no complaints.  Had a good week at work.  Stayed on track wth the eating and exercising.  In-laws came to visit for the weekend and just left.  We ate out every meal for lunch and dinner for the last two days, but stayed on plan with the eating out.  LOTS of left-overs in the fridge!  Luckily for my wife, that means not much cooking to be done this week.

Got to spend last night at work.  Got a phone call at 11:30pm and had to go in to work for a crisis.  Got back home at 3:30am this morning.  WOO HOO!  This next week will be pretty normal, or so I expect.  Here's to another week of staying on track!

355  8/1/11 as I started the program with the pre-pre surgery diet (then the 3 week diet)

323.x  9/21/11 Surgery Day, so 32 pounds on the diets in the program!

238.8  2/12/12

236.0 2/20/12   -2.8 pounds for the week!!  My graph is one steady decline, it really is kind of amazing how consistent it has been!

Got in 2 days on the Harley last week, and 1 day on the Ninja, and I think 1 day in the Vette!!

Trying to get my mindset back into actual EXERCISE... I am at the point where I NEED to get motivated and make it a habit instead of something I do every once in a while.

That is my next major challenge!

My wife started weigh****chers last week, I am so proud of her!!  I think she was worried that I am about to catch/pass her weight, we are wearing the same size shirts now!

Final small fart... I am in XL shirts for the most part, and bought an XL pair of workout shorts this weekend.  They fit 40-42...and I honestly think I should have tried on the L (36-38) since they fit so loosely anyway!!

I was away for a great 3-day romantic weekend. I am feeling a lot of head hunger and need to find out when I can or should start consuming more then 2oz per meal.

Anyway  I was down 4 lbs so yeahhh.

Thanks Tim for holding down the fort this week.  Great Job!  I had a great weekend visiting with friends in New York and decided that I'm going to skip a week on the scales.  I'll hopefully have some good numbers for next week's weigh in.  I needed a break from the whole process.  Ate pretty much on plan but I'm not going to lie as I did have a few Sam Adams Spring Ales!!  Oooohhhh  So Good!!

Hope everyone has a great week!!
