Hey, thanks so much for replying!  This helps me out soooo much.    I found the 993 model - the muscle shirt.  Definitely going to order one of these, the youtube video was a terrific help.  Glad your friend was brave enough to make those videos.

Do you just use the shirt, and not the briefs at all?  I saw they sell a combo for briefs, but didn't seem it would work so well.

Thanks again for this.

I just placed an order for the same style shirt - just one to begin with to check out the fit.  Your friend is awesome for posting that video.

Holy crap.

Ok.

Got my shirt, two comments:

1) This is amazing.  It's like how i want to look after plastic surgery!

2)  Am I supposed to be able to breathe?  Seriously, I'm not sure I can get this on and off without someone else helping me out!!!

WIMMENS BE GONE!

Ruggie a number of companies make compression gear and you will typically find them in of all places the SPORTS department.

Under Armor, Champion are widely avaliable but you will pay for UA

I buy mine at Kohls because face it everything is always on sale at Kohls.  I have been wearing them for exercise and running for a little over a year, but have worn them on Social occasions when I don't want to look fat (I know this is in my mind)

By them small enough that they hold the jiggly bits in place but big enough you can still breathe. Typically you will go down 1-2 sizes from what you normally wear.  I always get mine from the sporting department because I like the ones that are moisture wicking in the help deal with excess sweat because the fit does take some getting used to.

At first your boys may scream about the fit but you will get used to this as well.

I totally agree with you Paul.  These feel a little tight when you first put them on but definitely work well to hold everything where it should be.  I've tried running with and without these and without is not enjoyable!!

So I went to Kohl's, couldn't find anything like that.

I headed to Sports Authority and they had "official" compression shirts, and I squeezed into one in the dressing room.  It was tight!  It definitely kept my body from jiggling around, but didn't actually pull my skin in, sadly.

It is kinda hard to fit them on or take them off,but if it was loose fitting that would defeat the purpose. Sometimes my wife has to help me take mine off. I havent tried the "boxer/underwear" type yet. I know nike makes compression shorts, maybe you can try those.

Maybe I got too small of a size?  Because mine is "fairly" hard to get off and on... although I love the shape it gives me when it's on!  The shirt is nice because it also helps reign in the man boobs, but I'm curious if the short-type thing might be better for ... you know, being able to breathe.

Thanks again for this suggestion!  I'll definitely be wearing this shirt to an important talk I'll be giving!
