Way to go DocD!  That mantra of "Fat Boys Quit" got me through the C25K program which I started at around the weight you are now at (339.2) on October 2, 2011.  Believe me, it was tough and I struggled to run the 60 second intervals on Day 1.  Now I regularly run 3 miles and logged 15 miles of running this past week.  I love it. Am still training and will run my first 5K in April.  Keep up the great work and good luck with your 5K this spring!

After a pretty tough week, feeling good today with the exception of a very sore left arm from all of the IVs. I hope to have the test results from the camera endoscopy tomorrow, then will see PCP Tuesday and hopefully a hematologist as well.

Have a gret week, guys.

308 today finally into the obese category...woot woot

Well it's surgiversery week for me and 1 year ago today I still hadn't even won my appeal with my insurance company...Yes that came at noon the day before (year ago this Thursday) surgery.   I came up a couple pounds short of 300 pound personal goal for this Thursday but it's still pretty AWESOME to be down 233 pounds 1 year later.  Really got back on top of the gym this week and seen my biggest weight loss the last 2 weeks (-15 pounds) of the past 3 months.  Went out and bought a pair of jeans that fit this week and got into 42's I haven't wore that size in 25 years again pretty awesome. Thanks everyone for your support and advice.

Have a great week on your amazing journey!
