I was in the gym doing my run this morning and there had to be 10 different ads for exercise products and weight loss plans and so on...  There was one that cracks me up though and all I have is bad thoughts when I see it...  Its called Shake Weight and it looks like the women are, well doing something that we all would enjoy them doing.  If you haven't seen the video then take a peak here on you tube:   http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xXHUdvvHTkw
Let the annual weight loss frenzy begin for the masses!!  Just thought I had to share!!

The shake weight is something...for sure!  I friend got one last year as a gift at a gift exchange/white elephant party.  So, we passed it around and all acted... well... inappropriately...  That being said, it is alot more difficult to use than it looks...

On the other point, my wife and I were discussing the fact that next week the gym is going to start SUCKING due to all of the "RESOLUTION" folks who will bombard the gym for a month or so.  I might have to start getting up early and going before work to avoid the mad rush that will happen.

Wouldn't that damage their teeth?

Never, and I mean NEVER, trust a fart!!
