Little Improvements along the way
I did the strangest thing at my exercise class yesterday. We do a stretch where you have to stand and reach behind you to hold up your foot to your bum. I couldn't do this and needed a strap to help me reach. Yesterday I was pulling with the strap and my wife Marla asked why I was doing that because my foot was already by my bottom. Sure enough, I could do the stretch just like an ordinary person. I also noticed it was easier to do plank exercises. It is nice to feel like you are improving. :)
