Haha! I dont think thats it. Its just that it had so much fat covering it up before and once the fat is gone it appears bigger. 
What the other's have said. It doesn't actually get bigger, BUT with a decreased fat pad down there it does appear to be much bigger (at least in my case). I am very happy with this side effect!
