5.5 Years, At Thinnest Post Surgery Weight
Hey Guys,
(RNY Man)
Sorry I haven't been on here much the last couple of years. I'm still 163 (down from 280).
I guess I've hovered around this weight for 5 years, 2 mos. now. No secrets just lots of HIIT (Interval training), Yoga, Karate, swimming and pretty structured eating habits with loads of fiber filled food.
I'm in Japan, but my checkup tells me I'm number 3 out of 100 Japanese people. Still got the 6 pack abs at 50 and all.
Stick to the program and it will work for you - LONG TERM.
I could be anyone, but I'M NOTDave, lol
Best Wishes

Thanks, Guys.
It has been good to keep the weight off.
Not sure about inspirational, but being trim to me is the best feeling in the world.
Forgot the weights. Still doing some pretty heavy weights 1-2 times a week.
Did my lifetime best for pullups a couple of weeks ago: 17 at 162 lbs.
Plan to show up more often,
Dave

Good to see you all, too.
Not sure if I'm not getting TOO thin (?)
1/2 lb or so below my lowest post surgery weight now. Haven't been trying to lose.
Don't eat many simple carbs at all and stay on my feet a lot in a addition to the exercise.
Eat until I'm full. Pretty high fat, lots of meat and cheese and stuff, in addition to the veggies.
Don't want to resort to fruit juice. Guess I'll wait and see if the trend continues. I certainly feel better the more I lose. Hope that's enough of an indicator.

Hey Dave.
Nice to see you. I just had my 6 year anniversary the other day and had forgotten about it till I got an OH notification. Time goes quickly. My journey has been more up and down but still very satisfying.
