Need underwear/comfort advice

Okay, a bit embarassing, to ask about underwear help as a grown man....

When I was a "big guy" (BMI 40-43), I'd throw on any kind of underwear and it didn't matter.  It all was ok and all worked out more or less the same for me.  I think especially with such big legs/thighs that they usually pushed by "boys"/balls/testicles/scrotum/sack out and in front.

Now however, underwear is fitting me completely differently, and I'm having a hell of a time getting ... proper support?  The main issue is with my smaller frame, my balls seem to "fall" inbetween my legs now, which is ok while standing, but then needs adjusting (pulling out!) when I sit down, since they get a tiny bit crushed.  I've tried boxers and briefs and boxer briefs, but they all end up the same - balls between the legs when I sit down.  I'm embarrased to grab my crotch every time I sit down in a business meeting.

Any advice?  The only thing I think I might be doing wrong is maybe with losing weight, my underwear is too baggy, but tighter underwear would make me think it would just pu**** in my legs more to make it worse.

Does this make sense to anyone?

There are some underwears made by Jockey that has a true pouch in the front for all your manliness. I wish I knew what they are called, but I love them. They are tight in the butt and legs area and then give your balls the space they need. It would support them out front and not between the legs. I could only find them at the jockey store. Do you have one nearby?

I do live near a Jockey Outlet Store, but I know Kohl's and Macy's sell a lot of Jockey underwear too.  Any chance you could look at the label and find out the type?  I'd really like to try out a pair of these!

I started wearing underwear with a pouch as well and also now favor those with some spandex with cotton as opposed to 100% cotton. Target has boxer briefs from a company called C9 (I think it's a brand made by Champion sportswear) that I like. Jockey has some as do several other designers and sportswear companies. I am avoiding the more "normal" brands for comfort reasons. I know it's a little creepy, but you may need to pull a pair out of the package at the store and look for a well-defined pouch in the front. Let's just say that this was never a problem for me before surgery...for some reason now, my sac seems to have dropped nearly to my knees (only a slight exaggeration) and I need the extra support to keep everything from creeping out of the leg hole.

Hey Ken -

Thanks a lot for the feedback.  I'll head out to Target later and keep an eye out for these C9 boxer briefs.  It's just weird - I never had to pay attention to these things before!  Thanks again.

Calvin Klein makes some of the best underwear for your issue. I have been wearing them for years. It has a pouch for the boys up front  but is tight everywhere else. they are boxer briefs

Hey thanks for the input - any idea which kind of Calvin Klein you're using?  I just checked, and it seems like they make a whole bunch!

agree with many of the comments.  Look for spandex in the underwear and the pouch really helps also.  I suggest looking at trunks, boxer briefs or briefs.  Check out target Ithey have a couple of good lines.  TJ Maxx / Marshall's also have some good deals.

Under Armour, the best out there! would never wear anything else! Prevents chaffing and used to get it all the time, have been wearing them almost  2 years and no problems and my boys like them!

Underwear with sack pouches...    I never heard of such a thing.  I just went to King Size to look for these strange creatures that you folks describe and you know what they don't have any...  Would explain why I've never heard or seen them.  I then went to JC Penney and now I see them.  I guess I've got to expand my shopping horizons and keep the boys comfortable!!  Thanks for this thread as it has been enlightening.  In more ways than one!!
