Tailbone .... Will it ever stop hurting?

 Hey Ken,  I wonder if you have tried doing any stretches and exercises to help strengthen your core.  I have had awful sciatica in the past that originated in my lower back down one of my butt cheeks and then down the outside of my leg.  The only thing that has helped has been doing exercises and stretching to strengthen my core.  Good Luck!

Wow i'm so happy you posted about this, I'm having some serious tail bone issues, I just assumed since I lost a huge amount of my a**, I just didn't have that extra cushion anymore. I just got through doing some crunches and whewwwww am i in pain.. any ideas please let me know

The tail bone pain does go away but for me it took a couple years. ...and you won't freeze your ass off forever either.

Bought me a ****yx cushion from a medical supply store,best $30 I ever spent. It has a cut out in the back for your tailbone and its a cushion also.
