Goal Weight: 190 lbs
Last Weigh-In: 180 lbs
Current Weight: 179 lbs
Total Loss: 131 lbs (from highest weight)
Total Post-Surgery Loss: 121 lbs
Last Weigh-In Difference: -1 lbs
Weight is still holding steady. I kinda feel silly participating in the weekly weigh-in since I’m in maintenance mode. But, I find it personally helpful to keep tracking things and making sure I don’t begin a slow and steady upward creep.
Hopefully it helps some of you guys to know that maintaining the weight loss is achievable.
Congrats to Mike on the scales moving again. Glad to see that happening for you.
For Corey: yuppers, you’ve lost your butt padding. I’m finding a lot of chairs less comfortable since dropping the weight. I also notice that I’m sitting lower in the seat and it’s difficult now in the theater when a tall person sits in front of me. I didn’t realize how much higher I was with the fat in my butt.
Due to a recent relocation, I’m not able to be with family this year for Thanksgiving. But, I have several long-time friends in my current location and will be spending time with them. They are all very health-conscious (organic foods, low fat, etc.) and so I know it with be a healthy and fun holiday.

286.4 Last Week
283.0 This morning! So 3.4 pounds for the week, 2 of which occurred between Saturday and this morning! (I was at 285 for most of the week, I weigh in most days in the mornings, I am not wired to wait for once a week!)
Did my measurements last night,
Chest was down 6" from 8/31 (at 338.x pounds)
Ribs were down 5.x"
Bellys is down about 4-5"
Waist is down 4-5"
Hips down 4-5"
Neck went from 19" to 17.5"
(Lost about 1-1.5" in the last 2ish weeks on most of those measurements)
Gone from size 52 pants to 46
