Hey Charlie, I was having the same problems today and it was because of some security setting on Windows 7. I ended up doing Ctrl C in the text box and then dragging the picture from my profile into that text box. Worked like a charm but not intuitive at all!! I struggled for a bit and I write software for a living!! Stupid computers...
