New Life!
Let me just say how much I love my new life!
Before my surgery and weightloss walking up a flight of stairs was enough to put me out of breath. So last night taking my boys and 2 friends trick-or-treating in our very hilly neighborhood would have been completely out of the question, but was a breeze last night.
The part I really love is when they get about 6 feet in front of me and say ok lets race to the end of the street, AND THEY LOSE! To hell with letting them win my boys out ran me since the day they were born! We ran up hill and down hills and It was a total blast running with them.
I always hated Haloween but last night was probably the best time I ever had!

Paul, I'm right with you. In the past I've taken my car around and kind of lurked alongside the kids as they went house to house. This year I walked the entire route, up and down all of the driveways and outlasted all the kids. I could have kept going but they were pooped after two and a half hours and wanted to go home. And the even better news is that I didn't even pilfer their loot!! What a difference a year makes!! Thanks for sharing.
