After having my surgery on August 31st, here I sit, almost 2 months later.  Went to my PCP today, and she took me OFF of my BP Meds!

NO MORE BLOOD PRESSURE PROBLEMS!!!!

In case you didn't catch that, it is less than 2 months post-op.  Who the heck knows what will be next!  I have a long way to go so plenty of time for more victories!!!!!

(Keep watching, I am 3 lbs from 100lbs total loss since my journey (pre-op) began 11 months ago.  You might just see a SV in my near future!!!!)

Thanks for everything guys!!!!

It's crazy..  I was 140/90 on meds and now 3 months later 102/80. My doc took me off meds at 3 weeks post cause I was getting dizzy all the time. It is frikin awesome

I had the same dizziness about 1-2 weeks post, but then the pressures came back up about the time I was going to go to the Dr about the bp being in the 90's/60's. So, patience paid off. Took almost 2 months but now I am hanging in the 110's over 70's uncorrected! (Same dizziness was my tell-tale sign that it was getting low again!

Yup.  We really have to pay attention to our bodies.  With all the changes there are very subtle changes and some not so subtle that we see and feel...  Like learning yourself all over again
