All the Whoppers you can eat in 30 minutes...

There was a time when I could have entered this contest and maybe won it.  Not anymore!

Before RNY, I ate 5 Whoppers a week.  Now that I have lost 200 lbs and only eat a bit a time, the idea of eating even one Whopper is distressing!

Every fourth of July I think about a post op hot dog eating contest. I could probably go 4 in ten minutes now. Maybe 5.

When I saw the shrink before the surgery one of his questions was, "how much of a whole pizza would you eat in one sitting." I kind of chuckled at the thought of eating the entire thing but also ordering two slices for the ride home.

Yes, that is sick but pre-surgery I could have knocked back a couple of them with a couple large fries and a large vanilla shake.  Kind of makes me feel queasy now!!

in my pre-surgery waitlist life, once on I was on the waitlist I changed my lifestyle, but back then I would pull through mcD's bought a big mac, two fillet o'fish, fries and a large coke and that was just to hold me to supper.  I am so glad I have stopped doing that.  It has been over three years since I have been to a McDonalds or any fast hamburger place and I am not planning to going back to one either..

Oh man, that just reminded me of something.  I would order an extra fish patty on the McD's Filet o' fish sandwich because I heard someone say it in a Weigh****cher's meeting.  Talk about getting the wrong message at that time!!   Man was that sandwich freakin' good but oh so bad for you!!  Never again!!

The stopping for fast food on the way home from work as a "snack" before I got home for supper was truly one of my downfalls.  Thankfully that is in the past and I haven't done it more than a year!!
