Ken,

Sorry to hear they haven't already figured out your bleeding problem.  Hopefully this week will bring some answers.  Along with that, hopefully the fix will bring back the energy you have been lacking.

As far as the biking goes, I have been wanting to go buy one myself but everyone told me to do the bike at the gym first to make sure my knees could hold up.  Now that I know I can do it, the mosquitos are CRAZY!!!!  I have never seen this many skeeters around my house and I have lived in Houston for 11+ years and s/e Texas for closer to 20.  This is CRAZY!  Hope you are not having those problems whereever you are, but suspect you are.  If so, OFF before you go riding!!!

Good luck brother and hope everything works out quickly for you!

Well all went for my 3 month follow up and the doctors had to triple check their notes because they couldn't believe my loss... Their expression was priceless. All my labs were good except B1 was low, but apron investigating that the multi B I have been taking has no B1, so that explains that. BP was 107/80 on no BP meds. 4 months ago it ran 140/90 on meds. Great change for only 4 months. HDL up to 50 and LDL down to 84. Total Cholesterol 171 I'm so looking forward to the next 3 months to see what it brings... This is gonna be a great 3 months

You missed the (3 Weeks) piece...  I hadn't posted in a while, so that is 3 weeks loss...  Still not too shabby, but yeah, if I lost 21 in a week, my melon would have been gone too ;-)

I'm hoping by Thanksgiving I can say the same thin.  Hasn't started with a 2 in 16 years, and hasn't been this low in 10...  I'm on the right side of half way now...

Went fishing this week with my boys.  We had a hoot!! They both caught some great fish. And yes, we did eat them. I even had a couple bites of that fresh Rainbow trout.  I still get a bit sick with seemingly any food that is meat, except the fish, but I am still trying small bites of things to figure it all out. I can tell you though, I am sick and tired of puking. It's happened about 8 times in the last two weeks. I actually tried some vegetarian sausage tonight and it stayed down. Don't get me wrong, my attitude is good and I love dropping this weight. I definetly feel better every week.

I really appreciate all you guys on here and your words of kindness, encouragement, and humor!!  I look forward to going online each Sunday (or Monday) and being a part of the forum.

Next week we get to go to Moab for some fun ATV riding! I'm really excited to go and look forward to fitting in the machine much better now.

May you all have a great week. Catch all you losers later
