I had to go to Kohl’s Department Store. For the past few years, I have been so use to not even bothering looking at clothes since noting ever fit me.  Well at 272 lbs that I weighed in today, I’m no longer a 3X tall! I tried on a 2X Jacket, fit perfect. I spent quite awhile just trying on coats and jackets just for the fun of it. What an awesome feeling, things fit again. Would love to buy something, but guess its good idea to hit the thrift stores for the time being. I’m far from a fashion ***** just would be nice to dress normal again! Met with the personal trainer from the bariatric center today to discuss starting exercise routine. I’m suppose I’m ready in between bouts of fatigue, just a little intimidating walking into a gym after all these years.

It is so much easier buying "normal" sized clothes and shopping off the rack for more than t-shirts, socks and underwear.

Never, and I mean NEVER, trust a fart!!

Just wait till that 2x goes to an XL or L - I'ts hard to wrap your head around it after years of heading to the large and tall section for clothes.

Yeah, go with thrift stores till you start to level out.  I went out and bought $200. of new clothes...What a waste.  The energy level will come back...but it can be a drain for a few months with the rapid weightloss...
