Well the beat goes on and the pounds are still coming off at albeit a little slower pace now.  Work is finally starting to slow down so getting to the gym is going to start getting easier.  Lots of farts for the week., probably the coolest one was going on a bachelor party bus on Saturday night and I wasn't in the top 5 for the biggest guys on the bus.

Has anyone else become a little less tolerante of stupid people since losing a bunch of wieght?  I sure seem to be.

Did anyone sell there bigger clothes on craigslist?  I jsut sorted out the closet between games, wow that was a lot of expensive clothes.  Sure is nice to be able to buy stuff at a "normal" store.

Have a great week!!!

It is an odd feeling to not be the biggest guy in the room any more.  I guess my mind isn't fully wrapped around that concept yet but often times it is the reality.  And, oh yes, I have become a lot less tolerant of "the not so bright" folks I happen to run into!!

Well this past week was a couple NSV's for me....One is that i have now finally been to Florida, and last time i flew i needed a shoehorn to get in my seat and buckle up.....this week i sat comfortably in the middle seat and didnt have to worry about being uncomfortable....I also walked all the walkways at the airports and in Charolette i actually ran while pushing my Father in law in a wheelchair but still missed my flight grrrrrr.

LIFE IF GREAT!!!!!!!!!!!

Hey Mike, the energy levels come back.  Make sure that you are getting all of your vitamins in properly,  eating the correct amount of protein, and drinking your fluids and you'll find that the energy levels slowly come back and get to levels that you can't even imagine.
