BTW, I used my Surgery Starting Weight and 65% for the expected amount to lose.

Thanks Jeff.  You have been my inspiration and continue to be.  I'll do my best to not let the scale get me down because even though the number isn't moving I can still feel my waist and belt notches getting smaller.

That's a pretty cool tool.  Even though I'm stuck in a second stall. I feel better now that i see I'm about a month ahead of the "normal" curve.  I did put the scale away and only bringing it out on the first of the month.  It is weird to start having the weight loss slow down after such large numbers for 7 1/2 months.  Even if i never lost another pound I'm ecstatic that I'm down 214 since last November and 164 since RNY in mid January.

I hear you Dave. Its been a rough couple weeks. I've kicked up the exercise this week and began training for a 5K so we'll see what that does for me on the scale this week. I do hear you about being extremely happy so far. I have been able to do things at this weight that I hadn't done in years and feel amazing although I won't feel that I've been successful until I get below that psychological mark of 300 lbs and into the 200's. I'll get there but its not going to happen overnight!! Keep up the good work!!
