Highest Weight 331 09/15/11 Surgery Weight 314 09/25/2011 Weight 298 Welcome back 200s! Someone tell me this diarrhea will end soon! I’m 10 days post op. Otherwise, all is uneventful.

We're probably all constantly walking a fine line between ****ting a softball and spraying mud. Consider the diarrhea a blessing at this point.

So this is one of those weeks where the scale doesn't move, but the belt notch did.  Dropped a full notch, 2 if i like the squeeze.  Feeling great.  Did a 5 hour Pheasant hunt on Sunday and had enough juice left to do a workout with my Trainer last night too...   Last year it took me 3 days to recover from the hunt because my legs and ankles hurt so bad.  Incredible change, so I live with no weight lose this week because i am still getting more fit.  Love my new life

Sorry I missed last week.  Only lost about 2 1/2 lbs for the last two weeks, but I went from a size 50 to a 48 waist in the same period.  Seems I shrink more when my weight loss slows - go figure.
