Great post Ken.  Look forward to hearing about your continued adventures into plastic.  Your post made me chuckle!!  Thanks for the kind words and I'm not letting this little speed bump get in my way.   BTW, I think I had a 2.8 lb BM after my weigh in but will use that towards next week's weigh in!!

Well Mike, I lost most of the two pounds you gained!  I'm glad to see the lower number on the display.  Was getting little antsy about regaining.  Can't say that I have done anything differently this week.  If anything I'm went backwards on the diet/exercise scale.

One funny side note.  Anybody ever try AZO tablets for urinary issues?  Having craps in back and Nurse GF said it might be bladder/kidney related and suggested the tablets.  They AIN'T LYING in the fine print on the box about your whiz going from normal color to dark orange!  Looks like Orange Fanta or better yet Tang orange drink.

Never, and I mean NEVER, trust a fart!!

So, you are now making TANG?   Does that make you an astronaut?  Or do the astronaut's just drink Tang?  Man, that is funny.   I haven't heard about Tang in about 20+ years.  Do they even make it any more?

Hello to all of you and hope you are having a nice weekend.  This week I started the full liquid diet which meant I got to start adding some protein drinks.  They really helped my energy level a lot. I took advantage of being off work and walked each morning to take my son to school. I sure did enjoy those walks. I start back to work tomorrow and am hopeful I can keep it all together...making sure I take my vitamins with me, my shake mix, and food.  I can tell the difference already in my face and by big ol' gut even seems to look a bit smaller.

Thanks again to everyone for the support.  Mike, stay away from those darn seasonal coffee drinks and you'll be back to dropping in no time!!  I admire you for how you are able to troubleshoot and figure out where the cals were sneeking in. I can tell it will take a lot of practice to become skilled at all of this.

Have an awesome week all

Bill

Great job Bill!  Yup, I'm swearing off those darn seasonal drinks.  Amazing how quickly we can find ways to replace bad calories with other bad calories and I swear that Dunkin's puts something addictive into that syrup as once I started drinking them it was all I could think about and found it hard to drive by a DD.    Talk about addiction transfer...  I now know the error of my ways and am back on the straight and narrow...

Hope you have a great week as well!!

Just another 70 hour work week, atleast the weather is perfect today for 1 day off.  Seems like the cycle continues of the last 8 weeks, sticking to the plan and hoping for continued results in the weeks to come.

I still eat mainly protien 8 months out should I be adding in fruits and veggies.  I also eat 1 20 gram pure protien bar mon-fri.  Whats your thaughts?

Have  a great week everyone
