Uphill trending continues.....dammit!  I've been "living right" this week too.  Got in more walking etc.  Cut down on the carbs maybe.

Did have some "flatulation" over the weekend!  Spent two days in an "active shooter" class.  Turned out to be a pretty good cardio workout from the stress you were put under and wearing most of my duty gear, vest included, running around in the school building we were in.  Looking at the little red spot left on my upper thigh from where I got hit by a round of Simunition I'm kind of happy I was wearing a cup for the first time several decades.

Oh, and my Cowboys won in OT!

Never, and I mean NEVER, trust a fart!!

Everything is going great, i am now 1 pound away from losing 200 pounds since surgery, I have lost 262 pounds since i started this program & Life is AWESOME.
This past Saturday my wife threw me a suprise party for my Accomplishments & let me tell you it was awesome. The picture up ablove was made by my daughter, in that photo i was at 544 in 2006 and had just come out of the hospital for Congestive Heart failure. The other thing is the people that came to my party gave me give certificates & money & clothes because they are sick of me wearing the same clothes LOL....
I had this surgery for my family & on saturday it showed how much they mean to me. I Love them all so much, but if it wasnt for them & all of my great friends & that includes you guys i dont know if i would have made through all of this....TYVM!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi Jeff,  Now that is a FART worth bragging about.   Amazing and wanted to let you know that you have been a big inspiration to me from the beginning (your surgery date is my birthday so it was written in the stars).  I'm so happy for you and glad that this journey has turned out so well for you.  Can you post a bigger version of that picture above?  The small version is really hard to see.  Keep up the amazing job you have been doing!!
