Concentrate on getting better first and not so much on trying to get all the protein and fluids in from day one.  That will take a little time to be able to do.  Otherwise my best advice is in the siggy!

Glad you made it through and are doing well so far.  Remember it gets better and better as each day goes by and don't fall into the trap of jumping on the scale every day!!   Fasten your seat belt and get ready for the ride of your life!!!

John,
Glad to hear from you and that you are doing well. The first few days can be a little uncomfortable, but know it gets better.

If you have any questions, be sure to ask.
