I started intaking more protein and shakes starting today, I've been in  a serious stall, I dont know what is going on.  I've been pretty good about what i'm eating but the weight just seriously stopped, Any ideas?  Meeting with the nut in 2 weeks

Well the first 3 month slow crawl continues.  Started working out with a personal trainer who is possibly related to Satan ;-)  The workouts are enjoyable, but the soreness is taking some getting used to.  But rather be sore from working out than lugging my fat ass around.  Hope the 3-6 month chunk of weightloss picks up a bit.  Good thoughts all
