Damn! My legs hurt!

Probably an old topic but I have been getting very painful leg, foot and toe cramps in bed.  Taking lots of calcium citrate and have included potassium as well.  Might be dehydrated a bit but trying to keep up the fluids.

Any other suggestions?

No, not an off topic at all. Although my guess would have been the potassium. I don't know much about VSG, but with RNY we ms absorb certain things. Could it be a malabsorption of potassium?

Thanks Ken.  I am going to increase my potassium level along with my fluids.  Tough to remember to drink when you are busy all day.

Try half a banana instead of the supplements if you are able to.  I used to have leg cramps and worked in a banana a day and the cramping has gone away. Now I only suffer from muscle spasms in my calves.  I know it is related to something being off and caused by my training.
