Goal reached
Firstly thank you Don for asking me to repost in the Men's forum. I have reached my initial goal of 150 pounds after less than six and a half months. It was a combination of diet and exercise that has helped me be succesfull. As I have discussed in the past I am vigilant about high protein, low fat, and 45-1 hour of exercise 6 days a week. I use treadmill and weights and have begun to incorporate some core work as well. I have a different life now and this surgery has changed me for the better. It's been a wild ride. GO YANKEES !!!
