havent posted for a while.....nsv

The journey continues.........for me its always been easy to eat even after surgery. Major NSV. Came on in expectedly. I actually went to Walmart and bought XL shirts. I am actually wearing a XL shirt. No sh%%. The scale has been harsh lately but I have stepped up exercise and protein intake. Have to say the size change from 4x/5x to XL is AWESOME!!!

Hell of a job sir!!! Keep it up!!
