Mike, don't get too bent out of shape over not getting on that one ride.  Look at how many YOU DID get on!

Never, and I mean NEVER, trust a fart!!

OMG Don, were you in the car with me?  The girls didn't fall asleep at all and were very much active the whole 4 hour ride home...  I needed a trip to Radio Shack afterwards to get my new HTC Inspire Android phone to decompress!!  And yes, that is enough of a FART to get onto every other ride.  Unfortunately after I waited in line and tried to buckle on that ride I saw a tester seat.  If I had seen that I could have saved myself the embarrasment.  But on the positive side, who cares as I didn't know anyone in line anyway!!

348.2  8/1/2011 - Right before my first visit with Doctor (they show 352 & 355)

341.7  8/7/2011 - 1 week in on the Pre-pre surgery diet where you prove to the Nutrionist that you can follow basic instructions!

337.2 8/14/2011 - 2 weeks into the Pre-pre surgery diet.

So down 11 pounds in 2 weeks, 4.5 pounds for week 2/this week!

I am running 1200-1600 calories per day, 100+ grams of protein per day, sugar and carbs are actually consistently lower than what the NUT set as a guideline.

Workouts are on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturdays.  30 minute circuit +15-20 minutes on treadmill as well each time.

This week, Sleep Study on Wed night... and next week I meet the NUT again, possibly will get a surgery date!!

I guess i've plateaued, i've found a new protein shake that i'm beginning to start to drink today.  Hopefully I can get to the infamous 199 lbs.  My goal weight is 180, i've been snacking a lot more, but have been trying to make good choices.  Its hard tho when you work 80 hour work weeks, and co workers always want to go out to eat for lunch, but I'm brining my own salads to work, raw almonds, beef jerky and i'm maintaining.

Any tips to get the last few pounds off from anyone would be greatly appreciated.
