Howdy Gents,
Mike shot me a PM asking me to lead today since he was going to be out of pocket this morning. No great revelations or FART's for me this week. Have not been walking as much as I normally would since it has been in the triple digits for nearly a month. I've gone a time or two in the early morning when I'm off but on work days not possible.

Hey Guys, well i havent posted in a couple weeks and thought i would catch everyone up..I am very happy with my progress. I still to this day have not had a week where i haven't lost anything. I have been doing pretty well on my food intake even though i eat alot of the same things every week. I was a little concerned about how much weight i am going to lose but my buddy Paul gave me the advise of just let my body take me where it wants to go & i am happy with that. Today i will be going to the RED SOX vs YANKEES game... I havent been in forever and cant wait to go sit in a seat that doesnt feel like im in a vise. I can't remember ever being this small. I know in middle school i wore a 48 size jeans and i am long past that. People are telling me that i am smaller then some of my friends and that feels great. I even hear the kids talking about how much more that they can do now that dad had surgery. That brings tears to my eyes just writing that. My wife and I are more happier then ever & the bedroom is definetly different LOL.....Life is good boys & i couldnt be happier....Thanks to everyone on this board for everything that you guys do!!!!!! Have a great week

I am doing good at knocking off my checklistof pre-reqs for final approval. All I have left to do is my psych eval, ekg/stress test, and I have 8 more pounds to lose (though I plan to lose much more before surgery).

Wow, Don leading off the Sunday weight in .... Deja vu all over again LOL
Good week for me. I was better about the gym as I met my goal of 3 times in the week. I know that doesn't sound like much to some of us, but for a lifelong couch potato, it seems like enough. But on the off days, I do make a point to do some walking, so overall my activity level is pretty good. I think I'm going to try using the stairs rather than the elevator at work for extra activity. Considering how many times a day I run to the restroom to pee, that should help quite a bit with the activity as well. Stairs are still a mental challenge for me. It's a combination of having avoided them for years due to my weight and having had a bad fall down a long concrete stairway in an arena about 20 years back. But, I'm ready to face the challenge, I think.
Have a good week guys.
