Seems i've definitely plateaued, I have noticed the less protein I eat the more I plateau, maybe I need to kick the protein up a notch.  I just went to my 7 month doctor's check-up. All of my labs are good except my Vitamin D level (which it's always been super low prior to surgery).  The doctor told me not to expect a whole great deal of weight loss from hence on out, he'd expect me to lose maybe 10-15 lbs.  I'm not completely thrilled about this but I am in a healthier state, blood sugars are well controlled now and i'm living life to the fullest

Well another weekend vacation and another non week of scale movement.  I need to be better at eating on the road.   There was a lot of farts this week.  The biggest was going to my 6 month check up on thursday and having the doc tell me i'm doing so good to skip the next appointment and not comeback for 6 months:)  The boom boom pow keeps getting better too:)

Have a great week!

I've been right there with you over the past couple of weeks.  Too little exercise and too much off diet foods (including adult beverages).  Darn empty calories .  I've been really focused this week so far with eating and exercise and am looking forward to a good number next week.  Good luck to you as well and funny you mention the boom boom pow getting better as well.  Crazy how much energy losing that much weigh can give you in all areas!!

Mike it's funny that I can pretty much just copy your weight for the week and usually be right on.  Back on track this week.
