This week's stats:
506.5: All time high 9/9/9 (WW start) - BMI = 63.3
492.4: Tufts Medical Center Program Start 9/20/10
462.5: Lap RNY Surgery day 2/7/11
359.0: Last Week 7/3/11
359.0: This Week 7/10/11 - 0 Lbs Lost this week - BMI = 44.9

133.4 lbs lost since starting the Tufts program.
147.5 lbs lost from my all time highest weight.

I was on vacation last week and living in a camper which contributed to my eating to be out of wack all week. I am glad that I didn't gain any weight and the number is what I expected. I did my best to eat well but there were a lot of temptations and snacks that I found myself nibbling on from time to time. I did make it to the gym twice while on vacation which was an absolute first for me and that made me feel good. I moved more than I ever have in terms of walking on the beach and swimming which made me feel really good. I am back to work this week so my eating will be back to normal and I am looking for a good number in the upcoming week. I plan on hitting the gym hard again starting today. The vacation is over!!

Hope everyone has a great week.

This week: 206.8 lb -- officially dropped a deuce!
Total loss: 200.2 lb

This week, I can official say, "whoops, there it is!" as I hit the 200 lb loss mark on the official weigh in. It's still a bit amazing that this has happened so quickly much less at all. And it's also somewhat amazing that 60 weeks post surgery, I am still losing weight. And, I beginning to wonder when the weight loss will stop. Not complaining, mind you, just wondering.

My thoughts are turning to what I can do to "finish the job" with plastics, since I frankly look terrible naked from all the loose skin. I'm not certain if I can work out the finances of doing the plastics I need, but maybe I will be able to work it out over time. Ingress I need to stabilize more before I even begin to research in earnest, but I am thinking about it....

Ken,

Congrats on the 200 lbs milestone!! The stench of that fart made it all the way to Oregon.

You've been working hard and doing a great job.

If it is reeking in Oregon you can imagine how "ripe" it smelled in E. TX!

Never, and I mean NEVER, trust a fart!!

It has been a rough week. Thirteen to fourteen hour work days all week and I know I am not getting enough protein in so my progress has slowed.

I’m still on the road again for work and the hotel gym shows me at the same weight as 2 weeks ago. Not sure how accurate the scales are. But, I'm not complaining.
