Big weekend!
So, I've been lax about my 10K training, I actually got up to 6.2 miles on the treadmill this morning. Feeling a little more confident about Monday's big Peachtree Road Race in Atlanta.
Also, I'm typing this from the hospital room where my wife is preparing to deliver our fourth baby. I'm hoping (in vain) that she'll hold out until Sunday (when I celebrate my 35th birthday).
Oh, and last week, I made it under 200 pounds. Weighing in at 197.5 lbs!!
What a difference a year makes. A great ride.

Don't stress about the race remember the goal is to finish, no matter what your time it will be a PR. Remember the first 3 miles is downhill so be careful and don't go out to fast because what goes down must go up. Spend time this weekend and overhydrate that way you go into monday ready. Main thing is remember to enjoy it!
Maybe I will see you there after the finish line. I'm looking forward to this race!
