Moobs

I'm now past the 6th week post-op mark, which means my lifting restrictions have been...well...lifted.

After losing about 50lbs in my lower extremities, the last 13 have been in my gut. But I have man boobs, and obviously would love for those to go away.

What are some of the best exercises to make this happen? Should I be focusing on lifting weights on an incline bench? It seems like I remember from previous experiences that particular lifting regimen focuses on the boob area.

I've been walking 5 nights a week since the 2-week mark. I'm up to about 12 miles a week. But obviously that's not doing much for the man boob issue.

Any thoughts?

You can work the area till you are ripped but are likely to still have some moobie action.  Short of plastic surgery the only alternatives or compression undershirts or duct tape!

You can build muscle anywhere you want by lifting weights for an area but you cannot chose where your body decides to let go of fat from 1st. Your body will decide when the moobs go....that's it.

So, with enough weight loss noobs WILL go away as fat, or are their times when you could be super lean and still need surgery for them? Just trying to know what to expect.

Well, like with the gals' (so I've heard  ) they "deflate" and with enough weight loss you are left with kinda hanging "flaps", for want of a better description of the scene ..   That excess skin will then need to be removed and what's left tightened up via plastics ..

Frank talk about the DS / "All I ever wanted to be was thin, like that Rolling Stones dude ... "

Duct tape is my suggestion. It works on anything.

Duct tape has its limitations: It is great for things that move but shouldn't. You need WD40 for things that won't move but should.

 Never thought of that!

I have to get someone to try that out for me!
