Hey Jeff,
Could you have ever imagined in your wildest dreams when you were 500+ lbs just last year that you'd be in the 200's now and considering doing something like the renegade playground? That 5K looks amazing and something that I would love to try once I get a little further on in my journey. Who knows, maybe by October I'll come up from MA and join you on the adventure. Keep up with the good work.
Have A Great Week,
Mike

Jeff, you've done an amazing job, and I'm very proud of you for what you've accomplished. Don't worry about missing the gym to spend time with your kids... Trust me, you'll never look back and wish you'd spent less time with them. For most of us, it's the other way around... And isn't the whole point of losing weight to be able to live your life to the fullest?
You might want to consider getting a Nordic Trac machine (check Craig's List for used ones - they are a LOT less expensive) or a treadmill for those days when you just can't get to the gym. I find it really helps me.
Hang in there... You are just about to catch me on actual weight - you've already blown me out of the water in total weight loss! But I'm going to give you a run for that 250 pound mark!
Keep up the great work!
