Oldie feeling like a newbie all over again

Next Race is July 4th!  10K with 59,999 of my closest running buddies!  Was originally hoping for a Sub 90 now I am wanting a sub 70.

Everyone here is doing an awesome job.

Not quite sure what a sub 90 or sub 70 are (hope they are not a sandwich ) but best of luck in your next race.  Each of those races are a great accomplishment!!

The sub is less than and the number is my time so a Sub 90 is less than 90 minutes. Todays Training run was 6.5 miles in under 60 so I think I am in shape for my goals.

Aaahh, that makes sense.  So around 6.5 mph is awesome.  Good Luck on your July 4 race!!
