By the way, While I've forgotten the actual terms, fart is an acronym that is used here to mean a victory in the weight loss arena be it a loss of pounds or what they call a NSV or non scale victory on the main boards. Someone would chime in with the exact words, but it's fantastic....blah blah something. Maybe Don or Mike can enlighten us with the real words...
